On most days you can find Sarah and her husband chasing after their two young daughters and two dogs. Sarah loves to travel the globe and has been to 14 countries with her favorite being Nepal.
With a great-grandfather who was involved in land development and a father who is a real estate investor, Sarah believes it's in her genes to be in real estate. While with the Federal Reserve, Sarah attended meetings and workshops learning about market trends which ignited her passion for real estate. She transitioned into real estate development with one of the largest Developers in Virginia. During this time, Sarah was blessed to work in land acquisition and zoning, land development and construction of residential homes, apartments, and senior living facilities. To work in the three core areas of land development in both residential and commercial real estate is a rarity, and this experience provides Sarah with a wealth of knowledge to make your dreams come true.

After being the Project Manager of one of the most contentious zoning cases in the state of Virginia while also negotiating land deals, Sarah is well versed in negotiations and striking a win-win deal.
