Richard is a first-generation American, born to Chilean immigrants. Although he was raised in northern Virginia, Richard resides in Richmond since 2008.
In 2018, Richard kicked off his real estate career by rehabbing distressed homes with his best friend and business partner. Through that experience, a greater passion for real estate emerged. Combined with his fluency in Spanish, and extra push from his newlywed, Richard decided to serve his community by obtaining his real estate license and forming a multi-lingual team to help reach as many people as possible achieve their dream of home ownership!
Richard enjoys giving back to his community while recently serving on multiple non-profit Boards focused on providing resources and assistance to persons with disabilities and refugees from various countries. When Richard is not showing homes and writing offers, he enjoys seeing and trying new places with his wife, playing soccer, and spending as much time as possible with his close circle of family and friends.
